I had the most amazing appointment with Mia, she was so lovely and friendly and made me feel so comfortable from the very start, as well as providing a very professional service - she helped me select a colour and ensured I was happy with my nail shape. I showed a specific design that Mia was able to replicate it with no problem, she is amazing at what she does and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Will be returning for another service soon.

Had a great experience with Mia. Nails look great and it was a relaxing experience. Salon is very nice and clean. She even offered me an umbrella to take home with me due to the rain - which was very kind!

It was a different therapist to the one selected. It was supposed to take 30 minutes but ended up taking an hour and a half as the nail technician seemed inexperienced and unsure. In addition, the equipment, e.g. files/ cuticle remover, did not look they were being properly sanitised between clients.
