I got there early and was great that I was seen early. I showed them the style I wanted and they said they were able to do it, which was great. What I wasn’t told until I was done is that they would be charging an uplift for the style I had chosen. I think where something is going to cost more than agreed or paid, they should say upfront. Also, when asked, I pointed out an error which she attempted to fix but didn’t do it well, and basically left me under the dryer and ignored me until payment
