From the start Mai was impatient when I didn’t understand the pricing of add ons despite knowing I’m a novice when it comes to nails. She then passed me on half way through my appointment to see her more important regular customer. I thought it was quite rude considering I had booked her by name. The finish was bad with chrome spilling over the edges which stayed for about a week. On removal my nails are deeply damaged and the technician said they were applied too thick in a damaging way.
