About

After a hard bereavement and cancer journey (from which I am fully recovered), I was guided to Reiki and mindfulness, through a friend and was awe-struck by the profound healing I received on a physical, mental and emotional level. Even in the midst of difficult times, I felt a renewed sense of inner peace and self-confidence. This led me to pursue Reiki training and become a practitioner myself, I then spent a couple of years training to be a Reiki Master Teacher and Mindfulness Teacher, healing and learning with some of the best. Along the way, I've also explored other mindful practices and worked with a variety of experts in the health and healing sector. It's my passion to help others find strength, release, and renewed passion for life through these powerful practices, and so Nature-Angel was born!

Nature-Angel was created by Lexi Frier, a Reiki Master Practitioner/ Teacher and Mindfulness Teacher, she is situated in the heart of Leeds at The Practice Rooms, a beautiful healing and safe space. This beautiful venue is renowned for its soothing and rejuvenating surroundings, making a great place to feel calm, relaxation and peace.

There is paid on street parking in front of and around the venue.

Currently just run by Lexi Frier, she ensures top-notch care and attention for each client. Her professional yet warm approach guarantees a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
