A few months back I had a session of acupuncture and a deep tissue massage. I was able to be seen on the day of my enquiry. It was my first time having acupuncture. On the minus side, I found the treatment painful and felt that I was left with needles in me for a very long period of time against the restless backdrop of a noisy salon. On the plus side, the treatment actually worked! The therapist must have had great skill as the acupuncture actually fully fixed the problem I had presented with, and these many months on, the problem has not returned. The massage, performed by another therapist was reasonable but could have been firmer.
Just reading the review below I had to comment. I don't know how the treatment will be but the lady who booked my appointment was rude and left me waiting on the phone too!
I don't know yet how will be the massage but the phone call to move my appointment was terrible, the girl let me wait at the phone 10 mins and she was so rude...I hope it's going to be better when I will be there...but I'm reading these comments and hopefully I will forget that call!
Acupuncture and Cupping were fantastic! I felt the great effect towards my body system on the day and for sometimes after the treatment. The salon is clean and well presented. Though, their massage therapists seem to be a little too busy for a high volume of bookings. Heard some conversations between the staff members just outside my therapy room. I wish they had some relaxing music on during the treatment so that I don't need to hear those. I highly recommend this place, especially for Acupuncture treatments.
We were told in salon that this is a Shellac painting not manicure, and have to pay £10 extra for any cuticle work. To be honest when I booked for luxurious manicure there, it was an express dry manicure. However, the therapist herself is very friendly and professional.
I wouldn't go back or recommend to my friends.
