Unpleasant experience. I booked a hair trim and eye brow wax and received email confirmation. I turned up early and they told me to take a seat w/o asking why I was there. I said I had an appointment and the lady doing threading just nodded and carried on. As soon as the chair was free, I was asked to come over, at this point I raised my concern that I didn't come in for threading but had a hair appointment, this was met with blank stares and they dismissed my email confirmation by telling me I should have phoned, and then they would have told me clearly the salon is not open fully yet!! It was embarrassing and the manager didn't even come out to apologise. Needless to say I will not be returning..

I been to Naturel Beauty a number of times for massages. The staff are lovely and ask questions to ensure you're enjoying the massage. I always leave feeling relaxed and would definitely return.
