Very happy with service. Outside of the shop didn't feel me with confidence but inside is very professional and clean .

A lovely salon with helpful staff and a good treatment. Only downside was the level of noise - the therapist who did the facial could have been more sensitive to the client's needs, for example asking if it was allright to use a blackhead remover rather than simply proceeding with it. Otherwise good treatment.

I was not impressed that when I got my eyebrows tinted for my holiday, I asked for for the beautician to match my hair colour which is light brown and she applied black as well as leaving all black tint on my cheeks and chin. They also over charged me and told me not to book through Treatwell as it charges them (with a bad attitude) will never step foot in there again.

Normally use this salon all the time . I wouldn't use it again!
The chair they use was broken so wouldn't recline , they were trying to get it repaired .
Instead of warning me she was going to try and lower it , the beautician just tried to adjust it whilst I had hot wax on my face!🙄
The beautician barely spoke , never asked me how I would like my eyebrows shaping , they were not even level when I returned home .
