Fantastic massage with Alba, my back and neck were aching and she really worked on those areas and I feel a lot more flexible

Amazing. Wouldn't have known where half the problems were, had it not been for Alba. I had a deep tissue massage to help my back and learned where the tension points were, including in my calves. An education in itself.

Had the best massages with Alba who is so kind and also I leave the massage feeling totally relaxed.
I always have the deep tissue for 90 minutes and I would highly recommend to anyone in the sw6 area - there are lots of massage places in west London that are very poor quality, but Naturo Spa is a hidden gem
