Everything was petty good, would go again. For my facial wish she did proper extractions though, only did 3 and I knew for a fact I had a lot more! I didn't want polish for my mani and pedi so would've been nice to get a few extra minutes on my massage or something. They did only have 2 people so were a bit rushed but therapist was really lovely

I thought I’d give it a go despite the bad reviews as it seemed to be the only place open for a haircut on Sunday. My appointment was at 11, I arrived just before. By 10 past I was still waiting. When I asked reception I was told I’d be waiting another 10 - 15 minutes. Why I wasn’t told this when I got there I don’t know. I was booked in for a wash cut and blow dry but being half an hour behind I only had time for a wet cut of which they were unable to refund me the difference for unless I took a voucher which was pointless as I won’t go back. Hairdresser was nice enough & apologised they’d essentially double booked me due to taking paper bookings and Treatwell bookings. Haircut wasn’t as short as i asked for and I had to keep asking for more to be taken off. When I got home I had to level it out myself as one side was shorter than the other. I’d honestly go somewhere else if you value your time and want a nice experience.
