Lovely staff and the massage wasn’t bad, though was far from the best one I’ve had. Very thin walls so could hear everything outside which usually doesn’t bother me but the sound of children crying did kind of ruin the experience.

I had a full-leg strip wax with a Hollywood and underarm hot wax, performed by Minal. I was escorted to a treatment room promptly on arrival, and was offered water before my treatment. The room was fairly basic, but the bed was comfortable and the service was great. Minal was efficient, but didn't rush anything. She was attentive throughout, regularly checking to make sure I was comfortable and the temperature of the wax was ok. The process was relatively pain-free and the finish was good.
