Stylist Mel was unavailable. The lady my niece was brilliant and very understanding on my niece being nervous as it was her first time at the hairdressers. Did a very thorough and good job and my niece was over the moon with her new style. Time taken to understand how she wanted the style and was very chatty throughout and gave plenty of reassurance.
