I had a full-leg strip wax with a Hollywood and underarm hot wax, performed by Minal. I was escorted to a treatment room promptly on arrival, and was offered water before my treatment. The room was fairly basic, but the bed was comfortable and the service was great. Minal was efficient, but didn't rush anything. She was attentive throughout, regularly checking to make sure I was comfortable and the temperature of the wax was ok. The process was relatively pain-free and the finish was good.

As this was my first wax ever, I can say that the therapist was very caring, gentle and reassuring. I would definitely recommend going with her (Nikita). She was patient with me and kept my mind off of the pain with good conversation.
