The atmosphere was terrible, the staff where very rude. Had a staff member watch over me as another staff member did them. Lashes came out terrible said by another EXPERT. I would not reccomed

Can I just please ask that the management team of Narvara Woking please sort the clients bookings out so they match up to the clients on Treatwell. Turned up to a 9am appointment to get a Spa Pedicure and there was no record received of it as it had not been added to the system. This then creates more work for the salon ladies and have the managed more appointments. I really love coming to Naravas due to the outstanding staff but would appreciate is their workload can be organised for them.

Had to upgrade from mini pedicure because wanted my heels done which is not included. They're not very flexible in that even if you don't want nail polish the price remains the same. The pedicure itself was alright but don't think it justifies the price - e.g. no hot towel used.

whenever i've needed to get my chest waxed i always go here. The staff know me now and friendly chat during the process. I'm amazed that she could remember the little details about me although it was a while since i was last there. I would thoroughly recommend going to visit them.
