Great shellac manicure- very friendly salon

White Bin in the treatment didn’t look tidy with things sticking to the bottom of it. Wax heater as well needed cleaning on the exterior. No attention to detail on the customer e.g little hairs left on some areas and if not possible with wax, give the option of tweezing them out ( this is an option given by some salons).Maybe more training is needed regarding handling hot wax and customer service. Felt rushed. Ambiance in the room is not good, room looked untidy and not relaxing at all.

i used to get my chest waxed on a regular basis somewhere else till covid hit and she closed down. The girl was very professional and left the room when i needed to take my shirt off and put it back on again. She went over the odd area till all of the hairs were gone. Total time was 15 minutes from start to finish. I will certainly be going back when i want it done again.
