Removal wasn’t complete, some bits needed extra effort to get off so she left patches of polish on from last time and did the new service over the top. I don’t have the solid/hard finish you should get with shellac, my nails are soft and one has broken. I’m 99% sure she forgot the topcoat. You can see dark patches in a few of the nails where the previous polish is still there. I think they are too rushed and too busy/time pressured. Very disappointed.
