Treatwell had confirmed my reservation for 11:30am, but when I showed up on the day they had rescheduled me for 12pm without telling me. I waited over 45 minutes to get seen to. The entire place was chaotic with customers queuing out the door and the staff too busy to acknowledge them. Perhaps you need more staff on for Sundays?

Have been going to Navara for my threading and eyebrow / eyelash tints for a couple of years - excellent.
Decided to try a manicure, lady was super sweet but the nail polish literally completely flakes off by 48hours. Presume there was something wrong with the polish.

Got my nails done but on the day of the treatment one nail already cracked. The second day two nails and on the third day another one.
The reviews are telling quite the truth about the staff hospitality so I was not surprised.
I don’t really care about the staff rudeness but put more focus on the quality and I can truly say that it was not as high as most of the nail saloon you can find in London even at cheaper price.
