It was my second time in Navara beauty, to be honest first time I was more happy with the result. The lady was making waxing first time was really nice and patient and was caring about the process. This time the girl who made waxing was also kind but it looked that she was tired or had a bad day and she didn’t pay much attention to the process, the wax was to hot and I burned the skin in few places, she even didn’t ask if it was ok the temperature. She neither pulled enough the skin so the process could be more effective and less painful.So I can make a decision that in this beauty place the result depends mainly on the stuff who will attend you.

The staff is very friendly, but the technician wasn’t very gentle - also, the end result could have been better. The pampering itself was nice though!

Got told I’d have to pay £5 extra on arrival to have my old shellac removed - this wasn’t an option to book online and in my opinion for the standard of salon £30 for a removal and re-application is extortionate
