Was a good massage and the room was nice. The therapist had a cold and kept sneezing which wasn’t great.

Booked online but when I got there they had a different time in their book. In all fairness though I didnt have to wait long. The staff could improve the experience by saying “hello” on arrival and offering tea/coffee/water during treatment. I and others were ignored for 5 minutes or so before anyone spoke. Treatment wasn’t as thorough as I’ve had elsewhere but adequate and looked good at the end. The salon did need a good clean, especially around the toilet area. However, a reasonably good experience overall
