The staff just aren’t very friendly and were really quiet. Wish you felt a bit more valued. The actual quality of my lashes are good and I would go back but my normal lash lady is cheaper.

Waxing was great! Gel nails manicure not☹️had to take it all off and start again. Make sure you book spa manicure with Shellac as 2 separate things apparently! To be fair the manager then was able to take over and she did a great job!!!
