I have visited many salons in the past this one include. However my experience this time around for a waxing treatment was something else, standards have seriously dropped. They double dip (not hygienic at all). There's new staff members who are not trained and as result from my treatment my skin was ripped off, causing a lot of pain which has resulted in scaring. Not happy with the experience at all!

Booking had to be changed as salon opening times varied on Bank Holiday. Efficient process. Very nice staff.
