Booked 9.30am as catching flight in afternoon. Only one staff to every thing in store as others hadn't be told or was running late. Started at 10.30 which was unacceptable except the lady was lovely and actually did a good job....but could have ended very badly

Lovely friendly therapist who did a fabulous gel nail job for a wedding that lasted ages! Will definitely return
Had been going for treatments here for the last two years so the lady I used to go see had left which was a shame as she not only made me feel comfortable when waxing but also did a great job in threading my eyebrows. I was not impressed when I went there last, there were 4 ladies working at bout 5pm, 2 had been paint each other's nails & one had just sat a customer down. Anyway not only did they get the customers booking wrong, they finally said to me that they could not do my threading or waxing which would have taken them 15mins in total. The ladies were too busy laughing & chatting in their own language & did not care about providing a service to me. Having waited 15mins they stated I had to wait another 20mins.These ladies clearly do not know anything about providing customer service & language is a barrier as they clearly do not understand English. Due to this poor service, I will never be going back to this place.
