Wow. I have never had a more uncomfy treatment.
The girl who gave my facial was very cold. Unfriendly. Did not smile once.
I also booked for 12:15 but it only started at 12:40 AND only lasted 30 minutes instead of 45 minutes. Waste of money

Usually go there for eyebrow threading this time had spa manicure and pedicure done . Had been assured my toe nails were dry before I left the spa , sadly by the time I got home this had been ruined as four toes were smudged. The manicure only lasted 2days before it started peeling off. My home manicure lasts longer than that, it's a shame after spending quite a bit for it .

It was a really bad service . I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody anymore. Head massage was very painful and I had to stop the service in 20 minutes. The girl who did my full hand wax was leaving hair in all the place. I had to constantly check and tell her do a neat job. Even when I informed the management about their service , I got a very rude reply. Nirvana lost a regular customer for good by their poor service and response this time.
