booked Swedish massage. Arrived on time- no apologies the therapist wasn't there.
20 min later the therapist came to fine me no apologies. I the room you could see cups of water left from previous clients. ask to take my clothes of but no towel offered. when asked got a used one. the therapist had NO idea what she was doing not a proper Swedish massage stroke. so much pressure on my temples I had to aske her to ease off as I got terrible headache! shocking shocking shocking!!!!!!! I cannot believe how they get away with this as I am sure this girls had not got a proper massage qualification!!!!!
The girls in the Salon did brilliantly, but they weren't expecting us as they hadn't got notification of our appointments (2 pedicures), but did a fantastic reshuffle, at the expense of others, to fit us in. The pedicures were okay, but rushed and frantic at times and this impacted on our overall experience and made us feel a bit guilty. Such a shame as this was a treat for my 15 year old daughter as an end of term treat and a first introduction to having a treatment.

I had an excellent Indian head massage. Would Definately recommend it.
