I've been to Nirvana Beautya few times and each time I go I am so happy with my results. The staff that attended to me we very polite and professional. The lady who did my wax, Rita was excellent.

Classic Facials
DO NOT GET HD BROWS HERE.
I just got them done and they look so awful that I came home and cried. Very unprofessional. I have clumped colour in places, and they finished them off with an eyebrow pencil which was a completely different colour tone to the tint, so I ended up with these weird 2 tone eyebrows. When I pointed out to the staff that the brown was too light, and whether I could have something darker, to match the main bulk of the brow, her response was "it's just makeup, when you go home and was your face it will come off anyway". So what is the point in putting it on there then?! Was so self conscious as I walked through town to get home. £25 wasted. Don't bother.
Note: I previously wrote this comment on the Sutton Nirvana beauty page by mistake, but can confirm it was the WOKING salon which did such an awful job. I will never return.
