I got my Full Hand/Leg waxing and threading in Nirvana. I encountered one really rude staff , who was refusing to do the waxing neatly and also she was causing lot of pain the way she was doing her work. when I told her to do the work neatly and painless she started arguing with me . I was quiet disappointed, and informed her to ask some other staff to do my services. The replacement girl did my services very neatly. I was satisfied in the end. I recommend the customer to inform their concern early since not all staff of theirs are customer friendly.

Good service, friendly staff, didn't include cuticle / hangnail removal which I always like! Great looking manicure, probably lasted just under 2 weeks before beginning to peel at cuticle end.

Friendly salon and pedicure was high quality, nails still looking very good some time after. I was not expected to wait long and it was a relaxing experience

This is the second time am visiting the venue. First time I was not satisfied with their work, so I didn't write any reviews. This time due to time constraints I had to revisit them , my service was done by this girl Hiran, and this girl is GOOD. she knows what she was doing. I will return to this parlour, provided Hiran is doing my service. Worth visiting the place.
