excellent staff, the room was clean and a lot of attention was given. I was late because of the train strikes but they managed to accommodate me in spite of that.

the lady doing my wax was very thorough and quick and gave me great advice on how to look after my wax and how often to get one. lovely atmosphere, will come again soon

I needed treat so I went to Navara for a spa pedicure. My feet weren't great so I went for a professional touch, or so I thought. I sat in one of the lovely massage chairs and had my feet soaked. Then she started to take the dead skin off my feet (which was the most pathetic attempt) when it was time for my polish I noticed my feet still had the horrible skin left! She then put polish on my toes but my daughter would have done a better job!
I paid nearly £40 for the worst treatment I've ever had

Was nervous getting a wax, since it's been a long time since I've last been, but the process went very smoothly. The wax Nipa gave had perfect results, and it was exactly what I wanted.
