The appointment was running late, the lady who was doing the haircut didn’t seem to know what she was doing the whole process was not done properly the hair wash itself not thoroughly done and no thought to putting the apron the right way around so that the hair wouldn’t fall on clothes. The lady didn’t even put heat protection on before applying a heavy amount of heat to my hair and the haircut itself was not what I asked for. Overall a really bad experience both myself and my mum left upset.
