Nav was great! I hadn't had a hollywood wax in ages and I was very nervous but Nav made me feel very relaxed. She was fast, but not rushed and overall it was practically painless. She explained everything as she went along and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Will definitely be going here for my regular wax from now on.
