My highlights were done really thoroughly, not rushed at all. Really pleased with the finished product and will definitely be returning!
Hair Colouring
I opted for balayage. Despite (I) explaining a number of times that I did not want any orange, caramel, ombré colours and (ii) that I wanted it to be subtle/natural/ no streaks, i left with a full head of streaky orange stripes, which I am now having to pay someone else to rectify. V disappointed, especially as it wasn’t cheap!
