The place is lovely and the staff is so friendly. I just wasn't lucky with how everything turned out. The cut was fine but the dryout was not great. They tried so many different things to save it and it just wasn't at all what I wanted/needed. I ended up doing the curls myself again when I went home. However the staff was really trying to help me out the whole time and they were making an effort. The manager even stepped in to help my struggling stylist.

Overall great experience. She really took me the time and effort..always checking to see if the hairstyle was what I wanted. Wash was also very nice with a head massage.
