Lady was nice, but did the exact opposite of what I wanted. I told Her I wanted more layers and for it not to be cut exactly straight across the back, which is what she did... I wear extensions and now can't because it looks terrible. Not sure what to do now with it because it's already so short can't cut more to fix it, no good.
