A week before at the salon I had made an appointment with a specific stylist later confirmed by email. When I arrived the stylist wasn't there. Staff exchanged words in own language. I had the impression I was not expected. After 15min I asked for info & was told someone else would do my hair. This person though was obviously busy with another client. I had an engagement that pm so I left. Stuff happens, why not call me to rearrange? Why the lack of welcome making me feel so uncomfortable?
