Sadly a very bad experience. Booked for Balayage and cut, after 3 hours only had lowlights done (and roots were not done with the same colour as lowlights.) had to leave after 3 hours without a cut and unfinished hair. Ended up going to another salon to correct.
She was fantastic and knew exactly what I was looking for!
