I am deeply disappointed with the gel nail service I got last Thursday for a trip I was going on with my partner. By Saturday four of the nails were already chipping and looked shabby. I didn't have a chance to contact the salon until I was back in London last night and was told that they could have only helped me if I had messaged within 3 days. Find that highly frustrating as this is still under a week and who wants chipped nails not even one week into getting gel nails?? Avoid.
