It was my first time at this salon having booked a gel manicure with a nail technician (not junior which I got). When I got there and showed the simple natural nail with chrome on top I was told this had to be booked separately which is not mentioned on here. She had obviously never used chrome before as she applied a thick coat with her finger and then put two more coats on top? It looked like a patchy glitter children’s polish. I got them redone at a salon down the road. £60 down the drain!!

Good pedicure overall! I paid to have the treatment done by a nail pedicure expert, not sure she was though, as they didn’t mention it.

Every time I come, the staff is always super friendly and welcoming and they remember me even if it’s been a few months. The quality is always great, no matter if I get my nails done by senior or junior staff.
