Nadz was incredibly welcoming, thorough and focused on hygiene. She didn’t rush though the appointment and always made sure I was comfortable and happy with the colour along the way. Struggled a bit to find it as the entrance is between two shops and has no sign, but that was not an issue.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Nadz. I had a BIAB treatment and enjoyed my appointment but within a few days a couple of nails had lifted. Within a week they'd almost all come off. I contacted Nadz to see what could be done. Her policy is that she will only repair nails that lift within 4 days, but agreed on this occasion to repair mine because it had happened so close to the 4 day cut off. However, after booking the repair appointment she messaged me to say that I wasn't appreciative enough of her offer to fix them and told me I had to go somewhere else. She then cancelled my appointment. I found the whole experience very upsetting, not to mention expensive.
