Water was freezing when washing hair. There was a problem I was told.
Only cash as payment. Only told once hair was done. (I opted for an extra treatment hence the reason for having to pay as well as treatment booked and paid for on Treatwell).
Had to mess about and go out in the rain to get cash.
The place is very small also.
Lady who done my hair was friendly but not a great experience overall.
