It was an overall great experience, stylist zainab and pakiza were friendly and attentive. I liked that they listened to how i prefer my hair to be combed as i have coarsed afro hair, they did a very good job to be honest.

Really happy with my eyebrow threading, lovely result and the soak off gel, lots of care was taken by Naz’s team, would definitely come again.

The facial was good for the most part but far from relaxing. Was interrupted by other staff and walk ins. The cleanliness wasn't up to standard. Was not the best experience I could have had. There was a lack of professionalism and care
