Understaffed and timings went out the window, which was very disappointing. Happy with the outcome of the service and staff were lovely, but overwhelmed. I was compensated for my patience, but I would only risk booking again if the rest of my day was free and I could afford to wait around for hours.

Can not cut hair to restyle if you want just a trim at the end of your hair then it ok .

Was served by someone else , not Naz. Did a fairly good job though. A bit disappointed I had to ask fo extra product in my hair rather than being offered. Overall end result was good.
