I booked with Naz through treatwell as they advertised they do Afro hair styling. I went for a wash and blow dry, with hair straightening. Naz palmed me off to a work experience student who had no training in hairdressing at all. It was clear the student didn’t have the first idea about washing other peoples hair. Naz left me with the work experience student to blow dry and straighten my hair and I had to speak up and complain then. Naz only completed my hairdressing after I spoke up.

Treated my mum for a pedicure which she enjoyed so much. Zainab is so caring and experienced which made pedicure enjoyable. She offered us tea and coffee and gave some useful tips. I will definitely be booking mine soon.
