Had a good 4 inch cut off my hair, the attention to detail was amazing and they really took their time to make sure my blunt cut was blunt.

The lady made me pay £10 extra because of the length I had and for bouncy blow dry - Customer service was great but it was the blow dry part that I did not like - I was afraid that they were going to pull my hair out with all the brushes they had put in my hair. Not great especially for a first time customer
