The salon was super busy, my appointment was delayed by over 45 mins. I wanted Naze to cut my sons hair but instead one of her workers did it, she did not ask what I wanted done instead she just snipped of her own accord. My son was crying and not responding. Rather than allow me to sort him out they made suggestions to made the matters worse. His hair looks like it has been cut at home very very awful. Never going back again.

I bought this gift for my mum- as a treat. From the moment she walked in to the moment she left she was very disappointed. Her appointment started at 9:30am. She arrived to the shutters closed. When the staff finally arrived they didn’t say sorry. Staff were rude, dismissive and didn’t interact with my mum at all. She was not spoken to kindly, she was however spoken to abruptly. The manicure that my mum received was French tip- it looks awful. The colour underneath should be “natural” or “neutral”, yet it is dark brown with a French tip. It looks very odd. The facial my mum received was also poor. She had cold towels put over her face. I bought this as a treat, yet this was far from that. Really disappointed.
