I had eyelash removal here the day before getting new lashes. I'd booked individual lashes but did not get this.My new eyelashes were clumpy, uneven, uncomfortable and were glued to one of my bottom lashes. I was told this was because I had my lashes done elsewhere previously and there was glue left (which would have been left from the removal the day before). They were so bad I had to have them removed the next day. 4 days later, I've been to another salon who found more glue and lashes left.

Naze was friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She was considerate and attentive throughout, checking I was okay. The waxing was done thoroughly with a overall check at the end leaving my legs completely smooth.
