The gel removal was good but I booked a 15min appointment for which I had to wait 25 minutes… nobody told me about the delay either, I asked when I was already waiting for 10 min. the slot shouldn’t be available if the technician is busy with a mothers client especially as I booked it half an hour before. Not very respectful of people’s time, they shouldn’t book appointments so close together.

My gel manicure experience was wonderful! The salon is impeccably clean, and the staff are fantastic. However, the downside was that only four days after getting my manicure done, four of my nails were already chipped. I called the salon to explain the situation, mentioning that I had the manicure there just four days prior and that my nails had chipped. I asked if I could come in for a redo, and the receptionist kindly agreed, which I appreciated.
