This was my first time at ND and the owner is a lovely lady. She performed my LVL Lashes treatment. When I needed to change my appointment it was done without fuss and with the utmost courtesy. It was explained to me that due to my natural eyelashes being so short, the results seen by LVL would not be dramatic. This advice was spot on, which is a sign of this lady's level of knowledge! I like the fact that she didn't try to tell me otherwise and was completely honest with me. I was also given advice on the necessary aftercare.
For the treatment, I was led to a room upstairs (which is, arguably, on the more clinical side) and asked to lie down on a massage table. My eyes remained closed throughout whilst the owner performed the treatment. The owner has the gentlest of touches and the treatment was so relaxing that I might even have fallen asleep at one point! ;)
In terms of the results, I did notice that my eyelashes had curl to them and were lifted. This is, admittedly, an impressive feat as my lashes are naturally poker straight. For me, personally, I couldn't use this treatment as a standalone treatment if I want to glam up, but rather as a basis for lash extensions or false lashes. Bear in mind that when I've had false lashes in the past, I end up with a 2 layer effect where the falsies are lovely and curly, but my natural lashes protrude underneath them, giving a rather bizarre look! The LVL treatment eliminates this and allows my natural lashes to blend in with the false ones.
In terms of service, I couldn't fault this place. The staff are warm and friendly, and the owner is clearly passionate about the treatments that she offers. Although this salon is about a 30 mile round trip for me, I do plan to return at some point to try some of their other offerings. :)

Great customer service, friendly and expert advice.
I naturally have very straight, short lashes and the lady advised that I may find that the lvl treatment may not lenghten as much as I would like as the results are based on what existing lashes you have. So although there was not much length increase, the lift results were good. During the treatment, the lady was very gentle and professional in her manner.
Although lvl lashes are not suitable for me personally, I would definitely come back to this venue to try out other treatments that they offer!
