unfortunately did not have my hair done on the day, the poor hairdresser had come down with a stomach bug and the only time they do hairdressing is on saturdays. which is too late for me for the next one. but i will be going back when all is well again in a few weeks. very happy with everything and the communication is spot on. see you soon natalia, thanks kath
