Dreadful. The towel put over me was covered in wax presumably from a previous customer. The product used smelled like paint stripper. The cleansing pads smelt gross and had clearly been used before and not washed adequately.. I came out in a rash after the treatment

Decent place in a good location. Wax wasn't too bad. Would be even better if they had hot wax, but that's a personal preference
