Brilliant, I am so impressed. It was so easy to book online and service was excellent, staff lovely and smooth transaction. I can't fault anything, so will definitely be using Treatwell and NEA again

Michelle was a very nice lady but I expected a little more from the express facial than just a cleanse and was disappointed that after the steam no attempt on any blackhead removal was carried out. For £25 I assumed a little more ! The eyebrow tint was left on for much longer than any past experience and I was not shown them in the mirror on completion. When I arrived home and looked, a lot of the tint was still visible around the eyebrows which I had to try and remove - the same for the eyelash tint, although fairly pleased with those.

My child is tough when the time for a hair cut is due however the lovely ladies in the hairdresser shop were kind and patience and surprisingly everything went smooth. My child did not cry and scream as usual and for the very first time ever I had a joyful time rather than a nightmare! The result was delightful and the amount I paid was fairly decent. Many thanks: you gained a client today!
