I visited this salon for the first time. Upon confirming my booking I received a call from the hairdresser asking me to reschedule my appointment for a later time in the day as there was a double booking. Instead of highlights I went for a whole head hair colour as I was told this would be quicker. I decided to bleach my whole hair for the first time and I now have a burnt scalp which is not what I would expect for £93. I paid £53 online but was asked for an additional £40 for toner and special conditioner...Finally I came back home and noticed some bleach stains on my newly purchased shorts which are now ruined.

Had a warm welcome and lovely experience at this great local salon. I only marked down one star for the waxin as had a few strays left down the sides of my legs, but apart from that everything was perfect, I will definitely return!!
