Negda cut my 4-year-old daughter's hair. It was a great haircut, I was really pleased. She was lovely with my daughter, and just lovely in general. It's great value for the money. I recommend.

I know it sounds weird, bu this is perhaps the best eyelash tinting I've had. Negda really took time applying the dye. And she is lovely.
