Shockingly bad bikini wax. The room felt dirty with an overflowing bin, nowhere to put my clothes, no towel to cover myself, stark lighting and no music. The therapist barely said a word, was chewing gum and did such a botched job inside 5 minutes - felt so rushed.
The manager then apologised and said it was the therapist’s first day back for a while, but then charged me full price. “It’s only £8,” she said. Absolutely budget place and won’t ever return for any treatment.
