It was the first time going out since my 3mo baby was born, so was looking forward to some pampering and time to myself. That was quickly ended when I realised they had clearly overbooked their capacity. Negda went to cut my hair without even asking what I wanted, and then rushed to chop mine so she could do the other clients, ripping out my ear cuff, and didn’t do what I asked for. When I explained why I wasn’t happy she said ‘I’ve done my job, what more do you want?’
