We arrived a few minutes early for my 6 year-old daughter’s hair trim and were greeted immediately by two friendly staff. The service was efficient and professional. As with many hairdressers, they don’t always wash children’s hair unless you request it. I briefly mentioned she might need her hair washed but they just sprayed it with water which was fine and I wasn’t too bothered, it would have just looked cleaner and saved me washing it the next day. At the end we were happy with the cut and blow dry and were getting ready to go and one more senior hairdresser asked the other one to blow dry it some more which showed extra care and an added nice touch. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Also while washing my hair I got a bit of a head massage which made the whole experience great from the start.

Both women were both accommodating & lovely however when I left the salon my eyelashes which I paid extra money for peeled off as soon as I left the salon. This therefore ruined my eye-makeup which meant I had to redo it all in a rush when I got home in time for the wedding reception I was attending.
My hair was too backcombed after the blow dry for my liking but this may be down to personal choice. However once I had brushed it all out at home I was presented with low curls which stayed in for 3 days afterwards.
